Important Notice
ARKIT/iPhone Tracking
Due to art style limitations, Gremlins contain EMPTY CheekPuff and TongueOut blendshapes for ARKit/iPhone. These will appear in your VSeeFace Expressions list regardless and will toggle nothing.

TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL - Etiquette
Your commission can take up to 1 month to complete.
Please be patient and understanding to make sure you give me up to a month from paying your invoice until your deadline! Please control and remove rude comments towards my models from yourself or your chat. (Yes, this happens) My models are cute and silly, but I put time and effort into my work. They are not "scuffed", so please do not refer to them as such.
Lucius retains the right to refuse future commissions from returning clients.
⚠ Failure to honour contract will result in a blacklisting from Lucius' future services.
GENERAL - Credit
Credit must always be given to "Lucius" or "LuciusOfEden" on your:

Live streams
-
Media/Videos
-
Credit Panels (Example: Twitch Panels, Twitter Bio if using as main model)
You may hear my clients refer to me as "Grandpa" or "じじ" and I ask that you do too! This is to not take away from the actual "Mama/Papa" who make your main model. When referring to me, my pronouns are He/Him. If I haven't made you a model yet, you can call me Grandpa anyway if you like!
PAYMENT - PayPal
Finished models cannot be handed over until invoice has been paid in full.
When requesting a payment plan please note this can affect rush order timelines.
Client agrees to not issue chargebacks and to politely settle refunds with Lucius privately.
PAYMENT - Refunds

Client may use the finished model for personal use (posting to social medias with credit)

Client may use the finished model for streaming and semi-commercial* use (streaming to websites like Twitch/YouTube/TikTok with credit to LuciusOfEden in channel bio)

SEMI-COMMERCIAL* - Client may not use the model for Merch production (T-shirts, mugs, printing)

Resale of model is not permitted**

Client may produce multimedia content with finished model

Client may post WIP images of model to social medias (with credit)

Client may not redistribute or edit the file with anyone

Client may not produce sexual content (16+/18+) with model ***Sexual content offenses will incur an immediate termination of commission
DEADLINES - Delivery
Client will receive a minimum of two WIP images over commission duration.

Client may change character/outfit reference entirely if Lucius has not yet sent a WIP image

Client may request changes of colours of character/outfit even after WIP image is received

Client may request changes of colours of character/outfit even after commission is finished

Model commissions on average take 1 month to complete

Client will receive a summary of TOS upon file delivery

RIGHTS - Usage

COMMUNICATION
In the event that the client is uncooperative or rude towards Lucius during the commission duration, the commission will be terminated and refunded. In addition, the Client will be blacklisted from Lucius’ future services.
TERMINATION
**In the event of Client ceasing VTuber activities and handing the model over to a new owner, you may include the Gremlin model in the package but you may not charge them for it. The new owner may request a VRChat upload from Lucius for free if the previous client paid for one.
***In the event that the client breaches contract after commission duration has passed by misusing the model (example: use in sexual content) Lucius will request the client to cease all further content production with the model. Client will be blacklisted from Lucius’ future services. No refund is given in this case, and failure to comply with termination of model usage will incur a fee of 200 USD.
